Silver Star is putting Fiber to lots at Star Valley Ranch RV Resort.  Ant lot owner wanting to dis on their lot
must call 811 before digging.  If any owner/contractor hits a line where fiber is buried there will be BIG COSTS.  This affects installation of privacy fences and planting trees, shrubs, flagpoles and other construction.  Questions please call any Architectural Committee member or Tim Stewart  307-883-2457

Many new owners have not received the Third Amended, Fully Restated and Consolidated Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions of Star Valley Ranch RV Park.  These
can be downloaded & viewed on the Star Valley Ranch Resort website, can be accessed at the Lincoln County website, or you can receive a hard copy from Jan at the Sales Office.

Article 16.3 Architectural Approval; Plans; Construction Permits

ALL IMPROVEMENTS TO YOUR LOT MUST GO THROUGH the approval process BEFORE adding concrete, decks, steps, roofs,  fence, retaining walls, shed, grill covers, gazebos, pergolas, park models, added on rooms, landscaping, pavers, plumbing/electricity/HVAC systems.  If you have doubt or questions YOU need to speak with the Architectural Committee or stop into the Sales Office.

There is a three page Permit Approval Form that needs to be completed, signed, dated and returned to the Sales Office with a plot plan showing the improvements to be made; a plan fee in the amount of $20.00 is collected at the time the approval form is returned.  If there are questions Committee members will look at the site; improvements CANNOT be done until the permit is approved.  Once the permit is picked up you must post it so that anyone can see it from the street.  Once the work is finished the permit is turned back into the Sales Office at which time the final inspection will be done and the permit will be signed off and filed as properly completed.

The Architectural Committee meets every two weeks at 3pm on Tuesday; the permit applications need to be submitted BY 4PM THURSDAY PRIOR WEEK.

VALLEY WIDE will visit the park each Wednesday morning during the hours of 9am-noon during the
months of May 4 until October 1, 2025.  The truck can only fill Valley Wide rental or customer owned
120 gallon tanks, motor homes or 100 lb cylinders if it meets the requirements stated on order form accommodating truck pumping pressure.  Any other cylinders will need to be filled at a local store
dispenser.  Please complete your delivery request at the RV Park Check-in Office by Tuesday evening
to ensure delivery on Wednesday.  Drivers can accept check or cash payments  (no change given.)

                                    UPDATE:  VEHICLES/GOLF CARTS/ATVs  FOR SALE

Due to congestion near the In Park Store & the Pool/Units arriving to Check In / Pickleball Players / Youngsters using the Playground, IT IS NECESSARY TO MOVE THE LOCATION WHERE YOU PARK YOUR
ITEMS FOR SALE.  BEGINNING FRIDAY JUNE 20th and EVERY Friday-Saturday-Sunday you are to park
on gravel (Stewart) adjacent to the open area-next to Gazebo…..parallel to Stewart and STOP BEFORE THE
RED HORIZONTAL PIPE.  You may need to park closer together and there may be a need to park two deep.    THANK YOU   TOGETHER WE CAN MAKE THIS WORK!

                                                                                                                
                                                               
 PETS
COMMON AREAS means the portions of the SVRRV Park not included in the Lots.
16.4.7.1  All pets shall be kept on a leash if they are allowed outside of any enclosed structure.
16.4.7.2  Pets shall never be allowed to run loose at any time, day or night unless in the designated
 Dog Park Area.  NO PET IS ALLOWED TO BE  off leash in the Common Areas.       

BE responsible and courteous to everyone!  Put a bag in your pocket and pick up after your pet.
If you don’t want pet waste in your yard – OTHERS DON’T WANT IT LEFT ON STREETS/COMMON
AREA OR OTHER LOCATIONS IN THE RESORT.

                                                                             The Ponds                             
This area is for the pleasure of all that wish to spend time at the location.  “Pack it in and Pack it out”   If you have a group of 4 or more please schedule through the Business/Sales Office.    PLEASE don’t spoil everyone’s enjoyment.  Many hours of dedication went into this area.  All children under 16 must have adult supervision.  Do NOT throw items into the PONDS.  We will ask younger children to return with an adult.  We wish for all to enjoy the area and to leave it so that the next visitor can enjoy it.

Owners are forgetting the need to pick up after their pets while on the green belt area, inside the
dog park and when going under fence to the runway. Owners are to pick up after their pets
EACH and EVERY TIME the animal is not on their property.
